Baltimore is best known for his time in WWE’s Developmental Territories of OVW and一once under a WWE contract一in pre-NXT FCW, as assistant writer/junior booker to “THE AMERICAN DREAM” DUSTY RHODES. Timmy is the first 3rd man at the desk in OVW history; served as the guest commentator at the original ALL IN 2018 for the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship match between NICK ALDIS & “THE AMERICAN NIGHTMARE” CODY RHODES; and is the play-by-play commentator for MCW Pro Wrestling in Maryland.
